WINNEBAGO, NE – Ho-Chunk, Inc. is pleased to announce the receipt of a 5-year, $6.5 million federal contract awarded to All Native Solutions, a company of the Flatwater Group. All Native Solutions will provide furniture and equipment to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), an agency within the U.S. Department of Defense. The contract includes systems furniture, office furniture, case goods, seating, filing, office storage, cabinets and will provide design and installation services for these items.
DTRA is the U.S. Department of Defense’s official Combat Support Agency for countering weapons of mass destruction. Programs include basic science research and development, operational support to U.S. warfighters on the front line and an in-house weapons of mass destruction think tank that aims to anticipate and mitigate future threats long before they have a chance to harm the United States and its allies.
The contract location includes the DTRA headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA as well as other office locations spanning the United States and overseas. All Native Solutions was one of three companies selected for the contract award by the DTRA.

The SBA 8(a) Program provides continuous business assistance and counseling to certified 8(a) small disadvantaged businesses in expanding their business, fostering business relationships and becoming more effective in both the large business and government sectors.
The income generated from SBA 8(a) government contracting provides significant funding for the development of the Winnebago, Nebraska community. Among the services, programs and activities supported by these funds is the Winnebago $1.5 Million Housing Stimulus Program. The corporation has also built a Senior Living Housing Development and other commercial business on the reservation that provide both housing and jobs for Tribal members.
All Native Solutions and the Flatwater Group are headquartered in Winnebago, Nebraska and also maintain offices in Bellevue, Nebraska and Alexandria, Virginia. The company has provided equipment and services for the Defense Logistics Agency, Internal Revenue Service, Defense Commissary Agency, U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force.
The Flatwater Group includes companies specialized in federal business products and services for information technology, office equipment and furnishings, electronics, logistics, energy and support services.
